How do I know if you shipped my order?
A.
Check your online order status report. Also email with package tracking
information is normally sent to you within 24 hours of our shipment.

order while it is being shipped?
A. Log on to

and complete the form using the tracking

5. Do you mail a receipt for each online order?
A. No. A packing list may be
included in your shipment but your original receipt is the final page
of your order which should be printed and saved for warranty purposes.
The only duplicate we can provide free are the online receipts
mentioned in question 3 above.
6. I lost my customer number, can you look it up for me?
A. Look on your order
confirmation email or your online receipt (3 above) for your customer
number.

I have a million questions about my product, do you provide customer
support?
A. The manufacturer of the
product is far better qualified than we are to answer questions about
their own products. To get started log onto internet.htm for general support information and
information on returns or link to the support section of the
manufacturer's web site at manufacturers.htm (includes manufacturer phone number).
We also offer quick links to drivers at drivers.htm.

My product was back ordered.
(a) How long will I have
to wait?
A. Unless we told you otherwise,
typically 7-14 days. Check your current order status here.
(b) Can I cancel my
backorder?
A. In most cases, you can cancel up
to the time the order is shipped. After that the order is
committed and can't be cancelled but normally the product can be
returned or the shipment refused.

have a U.S. Computer Corporation Gift Certificate. What can I spend it
on?
Visit any of our websites and
select the product you want. Email us the url of the product you want
using the form above and include your gift certificate number and a
good time for us to call you if necessary.
